Required Qualifications

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

2. 7+ years of experience in UE design.

3. Ability to develop new designs and graphics, present those graphics, describe benefits of a given approach.

4. Ability to work with and guide engineers to build a fantastic product.

5. Proven track record in owning the UE [User Experience] for a large-scale product which was taken to market.

6. Experience in a startup, and the flexibility, energy, and productivity which that requires.

7. Understanding of and familiarity with consumer web interaction design.

8. Experience with user interaction design techniques which can be taught to and adopted by the engineering staff.
